Day 2: Take Care of You!

You are the most important possession you own – so remember to take time out of your day (every day!) to love yourself. Whether is to do a bit of yoga, take a long bath, sing in the car, lay in bed an extra 20 minutes to think, watch a favorite movie from when you were 8 years old, or spend a little extra time on Pinterest – give yourself a little pampering!

If you’re like me, and time is limited, it’s still important to find a little pleasure in life. When short on time, my personal favorite is laughing – whether with a friend, watching a video, reading a quote, or thinking about something that happened last weekend, I always feel better with a little chuckle 🙂
