Day 5: Good Food in Your Fridge

Today’s inspiration is pretty self-explanatory.  Just don’t buy that box of cookies, or the savory-looking chocolate cake at the grocery store!  It doesn’t need to sit in your kitchen, because all you’ll do is think about it, eventually eat it, and then give yourself grief for eating it.  However, you won’t have to waste energy trying to resist it if it isn’t in your house at all.  So, simple rule of the day – only buy foods you know are healthy (ie. lots of veggies!) at the grocery store.

If you don’t buy it, you won’t eat it!
